Does anyone know if a CA resident, bioptic driver can get the daytime only restriction removed from DL? I didn't have this restriction till a few monts ago when I got my last renewal. I've had no accidents in over 20 years of driving and no tickets for 10 years either. The DMV said "that's just the way it is now." Is there an appeal to this restriction? I think I've proven myself beyond question. Thanks, TZ
