Dr Eli Peli and colleagues at Schepens Eye Research Institute, Boston, USA are interested in interviewing:

* Current drivers from any country who currently use BiOptic telescopes for driving * Previous drivers from any country who have previously used BiOptic telescopes

The purpose of the interview is to gather information from BiOptic users about driving habits, driving experiences and use of BiOptic telescopes for driving.

* The interview will be conducted over the telephone. * The interview will take about 30 to 45 minutes to complete. * All information will be kept strictly confidential.

Your participation will be greatly appreciated. This is an important study as there is very little information available about the driving habits and experiences of people who use BiOptic telescopes.

If you have any questions or would like to volunteer for the survey, please reply to this email address: eli.peli@BiOpticDriving.org

Thank you.
