The vision requirement in the UK and Europe for driving is the same on a motorbike as it is for a car I belive. It is no easier by bike or car with regard to your vision in England.

Right now the DVLA has no policy on the use of a biOptic for driving. It is only a policy matter. This is curently being looked at on a European level, according to this website. See the UK page.

Why not go to this conference in London in July and find out more. Hope this helps.
