Well alot of research and by the grace of God I found a Dr in Wilmington NC named Dr Ed Paul, he has successfully fitted my daughter with BiOptics and painted contacts and also handled the problem with the DMV in SC. My daughter will be able to drive it will be a long journey, no night time driving , cant drive over 45mph and cant drive on an interstate, but it is still wonderful. Anybody looking for BiOptics or information on them please call him he is wonderful. 910-232-8250, I would drive across country to see this Dr.
