My name is Sylvain. I am 27 year old. I am the first candidate of a pile project to lead with a optical system in Québec. My message is for Chuck Huss, C.O.M.S. Is this possible to communicate with you directly by e-mail. I have some question for you.

For people who come to read here. In Canada, driving with an optical system is prohibited. However since several years of tests people to persuade
the government that that can be done with security. It has at present a pilot project in Quebec to prove it and I am the first candidate.

With the pleasure of speaking to you. I was born in Quebec thus my written English is not very good but I tests to render comprehensible me with best my knowledge. Afflicted
