Hey, I know what you mean about others telling you there is no hope. With the exception of a large organization that purports to serve visually impaired people who shall remain nameless, everyone was really happy for me when i got my licence.
Now that makes 3 western provinces that allow driving with BTS: Alberta, Saskatchwen, Manitoba.
