I may soon be moving to a Nevada, a state that has a 45 MPH restriction and a daylight only restriction for BiOptic drivers.

I desparetely want to avoid that kind of license.

Does anyone know about ways to do so.

Here are my ideas of things that might work.

1. Keep my present Kansas license and simply never get one in the new state.

This idea should serve me ell for awhile, but when I file taxes, I will want to clain NV residency since NV has no state income tax. Another problem with this is that NV might think my failure to get a NV license is illegal

2. Get a different vision system.

In particular, I would like to know if a combination of glasses and contacts can be used to see as well as a BiOptic or at least well enough to pass a 'standard' vision exam. I envision using it to pass the test, and even using it to drive if it is viable. But, if it really is only good for passing the test, that would be OK too.

3. By any available means.

This one is probably self-explanatory. In essence, I
am asking if anyone knows a way to get a license despite the inability to pass the vision test legitimately. I'd obviously prefer legal means, but, for informational purposes only, I'd like to hear about other options too.
