Be patient with yourself--you'll get more comfortable and much better at it. One of the low vision doctors I saw had some specific training exercises to do with the BiOptic. I don't have them anymore but perhaps your doctor or osmeone on this board can help. Hang in there! Nancy : I have kind of a weird situation. I am 20 and live in ohio and just got my BiOptic on friday. I have 20/60 corrected vision which means i can drive without the BiOptic with a daylight restriction. I got the BiOptic to help me read signs and potentially get an unrestricted license in the future. My problem is that I can't seem to keep my left eye shut and right one open to look through the telescope! Will this get better? I'm afraid that i got this BiOptic and now it won't work for me and I still won't be able to read street signs. Am i just being paranoid?
