Hello all.. Just a question.. I have albinism.. Now how is it possible that I can have albinism, yet still get dark freckles all over the place? I thought the fact that I had albinism restricted me from producing melanin? At last I checked, freckles and moles exist and show up when 'there is an area where there is a greater amount of melanin than the surrounding area', thus causing a freckle.. Makes no sense to me... Can someone shed some light on this subject? Thank you.
