If you are wondering if people with thsoe acuities have been successful, the anser is yes if: they make the most use of their vision and are conscientious. That is not to say thta everyone with those acuities can. It is proabbly safe to say that a few can. If your vision is stable, and you know your limitations and how to accomdate for yoru low vision through the use of optical aids, and you are very efficient withthos aids, perhaps you might be able to drive.

It also depends on where you live. Not all jurisdictions are enlightened about driving with BTS.
