Just about two weeks ago I got a practice permit to drive. I had to take driver's ed. over again because I didn't get the driving and simulation portion of it. The teacher what I have didn't think the written test was th hard part but was really worried if I wold be able to see well enough for the road.
I cold tell he genuinely was concerned and had no idea how to deal with my situation. to be honest I have some fears myself. I KNOW I could do all right on an empty highway, but I haven't had enough experience in a car to get the'feel: for what it does. With the Cabin foward design prevailant in today's cars, I also worry about when to time my turns and stopping since I don't know where the front of the car is.
I will begin the driving partion of my class Jan. 5th. i wold like to know if there is anthign I could tell the teacher or any information I could get from others like us driving that would allay his fears (I don't expect my first time behind the whel to be perfect) so he doesn't lose his mind after driving once with me :) HOw did it go for others? that had to go through the driving pportion ?
